The Documents Required During Admission

From Nursery to class I

• Duly attested copy of Birth Certificate

• 4 copies of Passport Size photograph of the child

• Proof of Residence

• Child-Id / Samargh Id Photocopy

• Marksheet (Prevoius Class)

From Class II to X

• Previous Year’s Report Card

• Original Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous school

• In case of Inter-state students, the Transfer Certificate should be counter signed by the Education office

• 4 copies of Passport Size Photograph of the child

• Parents would need to produce original certificates at the time of Admission for verification

• Child-Id / Samargh Id Photocopy

Fee Rules

• The admission or installment fee does not include bus, uniform, books or any other expenses of personal nature

• Bus fee Rs 4500, 5500, 6500 (yearly) may vary according to the distance.

• It also does not include school trips and excursions that might be held during the term

• Once the child is admitted to the school, fees paid will not be refunded

• Payment to be made in cash or through A/C payee cheque/draft in favour of Agarwal International Public School

• Students already enrolled will pay Annual charges of Rs. 1500/- every year

Residuary

• he management reserves itself the right to add, amend and/or rescind any of the rules contained in this prospectus at any time at its discretion, which will be binding on parents/ guardians/students.

• It would presumed that parents/guardians and pupil have read and accepted the contents of this prospectus as the contents as the rules and conventions of the school to be in force from time to time.
