We have three storey school building, with greenery all around; the school campus is designed to cater to needs of young, growing children. We also know that students can comfortably study only when they enjoy all the facilities required in the daily life. To this end, we provide students with clean drinking water, hygienic toilets and spacious, well furnished classrooms. We have full time staff to ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the campus.

The teachers training department of AIPS conducts regular workshops, internal seminars and different programmes for integration of teaching techniques within the AIPS family.

The school has one computer laboratory with sophisticated multimedia facilities and resources. Equipped with the latest hardware and software, our computer laboratory provides an excellent ambience and opportunity to learn and master computer skills from basic to advanced level. The computer lab has state-of-the-art Pentium machines with multimedia, CD writer, and inkjet and LaserJet printers.

We have well-resourced library with books, periodicals and variety of other resources that can be used for research, reference and new learning. The junior and senior sections have been segregated separately and with a heavy focus on E-learning, students are encouraged to use the internet and to access online international libraries for information. The library also support the archiving of the school’s various learning resources and records.

At AIPS, we have an Interactive multimedia class to enhance multi-sensory learning so that the students will be at par with the technological advancement. It applies the finest synergy of technology and education in the classroom. It enables the teachers to use the digital resource such as educational animations, videos, diagrams and 3-D graphics with audio to bring interactivity right inside the classroom creating a multi-sensory learning for the students and help to retain information for a longer period of time.

Our grounds are extensive and attractive, offering a range of quality play equipment and opportunities for outdoor activities. In the school, provision has been made for the following indoor/outdoor games:

A separate kid’s park for kindergarten students with slides, see-saw, swing, ladder and merry-go-round activities.

Co-curricular activities play a major role in the training imparted at the school. They provide impetus for the development of the students’ creative faculties and skill. The students learn by doing and participating in these activities, according to their aptitudes and areas of interest. All the students are expected to take part in some of these activities. These include:
Instrumental music, Debate, General Knowledge Quiz, Vocal Music, Speech, Dramatics, Science Quiz, Indian and western dance, Songs and Poems, Science Exhibition, Painting, Handwriting competition, Stall and Fair, Essay Writing, Paper Craft, Fancy Dress Competition etc.

We organize educational tours and excursion to places of historical, geographical and scientific importance.

On-campus counseling will be provided to ensure that emotional and psychological health does not affect the performance of students. While specific problems are individually addressed and resolved, the counselor also provides guidance to parents and works towards achieving a harmonious working environment in school. Counseling and dealing with adolescence related issues also form a major component of this program.

At AIPS, students undergo a thorough medical examination at the start of each academic session and records are maintained and constantly updated. Parents are informed if their children need treatment. Counseling for parents and children as well as regular instruction on fitness, nutrition and first-aid is also provided. Medical camps are organized and check-ups done for oral, dental, ophthalmology and general health of children on an ongoing basis.

AIPS has buses covering the entire area of Ahmedpur and other villages for picking up students. The school runs buses and mini-vans as per the norm laid down by RTO department and are spacious to accommodate students. The school bus drivers are responsible to drop the children at their respective stops for ensuring additional safety of our students. The school is also in process of installing navigation system in the buses helping parents to know the exact location of the bus at any given time.

The school celebrates annual function and annual sport day.

Academic support is provided through remedial classes to students whose academic needs are too extensive too be provided for in the classroom.
